When you make a purchase in our store, as part of our buying and selling process, we collect the personal data you provide to us, such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer's IP address, which provides us with further details about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

SMS marketing (if applicable): By providing your phone number when placing your order, you agree to receive text messages (order tracking and abandoned cart) as well as promotional offers. No more than 4 text messages will be sent per month. You can unsubscribe at any time by texting STOP.

ARTICLE 4 – SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. They provide us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our services and products to you.

Your data is stored in Shopify's data storage system and databases, as well as in Shopify's general application. Your data is stored on a secure server protected by a firewall.

Payment:

If you make your purchase via a direct payment gateway, Shopify will store your credit card data. This data is encrypted in accordance with the PCI-DSS security standard of the payment card industry. The data relating to your purchase transaction is kept for as long as necessary to process the order. Once the order is completed, the transaction data is deleted.

All direct payment gateways comply with the PCI-DSS standard, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council – a joint project of companies such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

ARTICLE 5 – SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES

In general, the third-party providers we use only collect, use and disclose your data to the extent necessary to provide the services they perform.

ARTICLE 6 – SECURITY

Credit card information is encrypted using the SSL protocol and stored with AES-256 encryption. Although no method is 100% secure, we meet the requirements of the PCI-DSS standard and apply recognised security standards.

By using this website, you declare that you are of legal age in your place of residence and that you have given your consent to allow any minor dependent on you to use this website.
