Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy – Hyralia
Cancellation and Modification Policy
We process and ship orders very quickly. We therefore cannot guarantee any modification or cancellation after your order has been placed.
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, contact our customer service as soon as possible by email at: contact@hyralia.com.
We will do our best to modify or cancel your order, provided it has not yet been processed by our warehouse.
To speed up the processing of your request, indicate in the subject line of your email: "Cancel my order" as well as your full name and your order number in the body of the email.
Return and Refund Policy
If the order has been shipped, you can make a return to receive a refund, subject to the rules below.
Our refund policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or a replacement.
For a return, your items must be unused and in their original packaging. The package's shipping label must also be present and undamaged.
For obvious hygiene reasons, we cannot accept a return once the product has been used.

- Digital books
For a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email confirming receipt.
We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within one week.
Shipping costs can only be refunded in the event of a withdrawal before the package has been shipped.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your credit card issuer (a delay in posting is possible)
- Contact your bank
Processing times are generally 7–14 business days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only full-price items are eligible for a refund.
Sale items are unfortunately non-refundable.
Replacements (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged.
If you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: contact@hyralia.com.
Shipping (returns)
To return a product, you must contact us by email at contact@hyralia.com. We will inform you of the procedure as well as the address of our warehouse that can receive returned packages.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it. It is your responsibility to pay your shipping costs for returning your item.
Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us.
If you are shipping an item worth more than €50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
