Shipping and Return Policy

Returns and replacements:

At Hyralia, we do our best to make our product descriptions as detailed as possible so that you have no surprises when you receive our products. It is important to us that our customers know exactly what they are ordering.


Cancellation policy:

We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly process all orders placed on our website. Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, send us an email as soon as possible at contact@hyralia.com.

The vast majority of in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours. It is essential that you contact us within this timeframe so that we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.
Once the order has been processed, no cancellation request can be taken into account.


Address errors:

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your address and to contact us very quickly to inform us of any change. This can only be made if your order has not yet been processed.

We cannot be held liable for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders, in particular in the case of inaccessible or incomplete addresses.
In these cases, packages may be returned to us, but not systematically.

If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer you, at your choice, a refund of your order minus the shipping costs, or a reshipment.

You are only entitled to the reshipment or refund of your order once your package has been received by the sender.


Return policy:

We accept returns for any reason, whether you are dissatisfied or have simply changed your mind. Our return policy is 14 days from receipt of your products.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply fill in the return form, sign it and send it together with your package to the address that will be provided to you once you contact our customer service.
